If you are receiving an error when you try to login to view or pay your bill online.

Please follow the instructions below.

If you are using Internet Explorer:

1. If you do not see the Menu Bar at the top of your browser, press the Alt key.

2. Click on Tools, and then Internet Options at the bottom of the list.

3. Click on the Advanced tab and scroll all the way to the bottom.

4. Make sure that the Use TLS 1.0 is selected. If not, select it.

5. Click OK to close this window

6. Press F5 to refresh the page, and you should now be able to continue.

If you are using Firefox:

1. If you do not see the Menu Bar at the top of your browser, press the Alt key.
2. Click on Tools, and then Options at the bottom of the list.
3. Click on the Advanced Tab.
4. Click on the Ecryption Tab.
4. Make sure that the Use TLS 1.0 is selected underneath the section called "Protocols". If not, select it.
5. Click OK to close this window
6. Press F5 to refresh the page, and you should now be able to continue.
